Premium Merguez Sausages handcrafted in our Hua Hin atelier from 70% beef and 30% lamb in natural lamb casing. The perfect balance of rich flavor and tender bite, seasoned with traditional North African spices: cumin, harissa, garlic, and warm paprika. Pack of 4 × 100 g portions. No preservatives, no MSG, no fillers — just authentic merguez as it should be. Perfect on the BBQ, in a tagine, with couscous, or simply pan-fried with bell peppers and onions. Pairs beautifully with a glass of Moroccan red wine, mint tea, or a chilled rosé. Storage: refrigerate at 1–4°C, freeze if not consumed within 5 days. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 72°C.

Merguez Premium élaborées à la main dans notre atelier d'Hua Hin à partir de 70% bœuf et 30% agneau en boyau naturel d'agneau. L'équilibre parfait entre saveur riche et mâche tendre, assaisonnée des épices traditionnelles d'Afrique du Nord : cumin, harissa, ail, paprika doux. Pack de 4 × 100 g. Sans conservateurs, sans glutamate, sans agent de remplissage — juste de la vraie merguez. Parfaite au barbecue, en tajine, avec couscous, ou simplement poêlée avec poivrons et oignons. Délicieuse avec un rouge marocain, du thé à la menthe ou un rosé frais. Conservation : 1–4°C, congeler si non consommée sous 5 jours. Cuire à cœur à 72°C.
